Results Seven compounds were isolated and the structures of these compounds were identified as oleanolic acid(1),betulinic acid(2),3-O-acetyl pomolic acid(3),ethyl chlorogenate(4),protocatechuic acid(5),gallic acid(6),kojic acid(7),respectively.
Results Isolation of the 60 % ethanol extract of the stems of Sambucus williamsii Hance affored five triterpenes and 2 steroids,including betulin(1),betulinic acid(2),oleanolic acid(3),ursolic acid(4),α-amyrin(5),stigmasterol(6) and sitosterol-3-glucoside(7).
Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified. Their structures were established as 3,5,7-trihydroxylchromone 3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (I), taraxerol (II), β-sitosterol (III), betulinic acid (IV), quercetin (V), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (VI), and D-glucose (VII).
By FCM methods, the apoptotic rates of LoVo cells were 11.32%±0.92%, 19.23%±0.78%, 24.51%±5.88%, 42.22%±2.32%, after treatment of 23-hydroxybetulinic acid at concentrations 25, 50, 100, 200 μmol·L-1, which showed obvious concentration-dependent relationship.
Result: Six compounds were obtained and the structures were identified as 14-deoxycoleon U(1),demethylcryptojaponol(2),α-amyrin(3),betulic acid(4),α-cedrol(5) and β-sitosterol(6).
