This article summarized the modern developments in the studies of the theory of energy of transporting water in soil-plant-atmosphere continuum (SPAC ) .The main contents include the basis of heat dynamics of water potential and the potentials of soil water, water in plant system, water in narrow capillaries, water evaporated in atmosphere and include the velocities of water in unsaturated soil as well as in SPAC. The data and values of soil-water potentials and plant potentials of spring wheat in my experiment...

This article summarized the modern developments in the studies of the theory of energy of transporting water in soil-plant-atmosphere continuum (SPAC ) .The main contents include the basis of heat dynamics of water potential and the potentials of soil water, water in plant system, water in narrow capillaries, water evaporated in atmosphere and include the velocities of water in unsaturated soil as well as in SPAC. The data and values of soil-water potentials and plant potentials of spring wheat in my experiment was discussed in this article. The experiment was made in Ningxia ( Northwestern China ) on 1976 to 1981. The results showed that there was a difference of 4 to 6 bar in water potentials between the soil-water and the leaf juice, and it was notably incressing with the growth of spring wheat.At the end of this article the importances of supplying plent amount of water for crops in time and the needs of complex of hydraulic techniques and agriculture measures for effectively using the water supplied were analysesed theoretically.

The difference between the pricipitation and water requirement in the same period is used to express the amount of dificit of water supplied to crops.By analysing the major crop water requirements and supplies, we can easily make clear about the characteristics and regulations of crop patterns so as to advance the drought-resisting measure and to provide agro-meteorological bases for rational exploration and utilization of water resources in accordance with local condition.

本文采用联合国粮农组织近年来所推荐的彭曼(Penman)公式,计算北方旱区冬小麦、春小麦、春玉米、谷子、棉花、一季稻等主要作物生育阶设的潜在蒸散量及作物不同发育阶段的需水量。以同期降水量与需水量的差值表示作物水分供应盈亏量的大小。通过对作物水分供需状况的分析,弄清其分布特点及规律,提出抗旱增产措施,为因地制宜合理利用与开发水资源提供农业气候依据。

江西省范围内红壤丘陵山区的生态环境,正面临着继续恶化的危险趋势.现在,在江西全省2400条大小河流中,季节性河流占93.3%.全省年土壤流失量1.6亿吨,水土流失面积扩大到5180万亩.要改变红壤区域生态环境恶化的趋势,必须把山区生态环境的建设与生产建设紧密结合起来.对生态建设的各项具体措施,都要讲求经济效益.在山区开发的各项事业(例如采矿)中必须强调保护生态环境.要合理开发和有效保护水资源和红壤资源.
