The techniques of separation of anthocyan from grape seeds were studied.The grape seeds after being soaked in cold methyl alcohol for 12 h were extracted under reflux 3 times (2 h each time) at 70 ℃.The raffinate was concentrated under vacuum into extract,which was then dissolved in boiling water and filtered.The filtrate was extracted 2 times by n butanol.The extract was concentrated under vacuum,and then dried under vacuum to give the final product anthocyan.Purity of anthocyan was above 90%....

葡萄籽为原料 ,甲醇做提取剂 ,冷浸 12h ,70℃回流提取 3次 ,每次 2h ,合并提取液 ,减压浓缩至浸膏状 ,热水溶解 ,趁热过滤除杂 ,滤液用正丁醇萃取 2次 ,萃取部分经减压浓缩 ,真空干燥 ,得花色素产品 ,经测定 ,花色素的质量分数可达 90 %以上
