    To emphasize reusing chemical software resource, an idea of establishing a class library for the domain of chemical process simulation has been brought forward in this paper. Many chemical process simulation concepts, being real or abstract, are deeply abstracted with analysis and integration. Correspond with these concepts, many classes, sorted into basic class and unit class, have been designed and realized. The basic class includes mainly component class, mixtureclass, thermodynamics class and math class. The unit class includes stream classes and operating unit classes. The class library is composed of those classes above.The designs and deriving relationships of some typical classes are presented, which fully embody the application of object oriented idea in class design. Moreover,the concept of class library provides a very efficient method for handling these lots and lots classes.

    将面向对象思想应用于化工过程模拟软件的开发中 ,为实现化工过程模拟软件的资源重用 ,提出了建立化工过程模拟类库的思想。类库的采用为各个类的应用与维护提供了一种有效的方法 ,有利于采用面向对象思想进行化工模拟软件的开发、升级与维护。本文采用分析与综合的方法 ,将化工过程模拟领域涉及的各种概念进行抽象 ,获得相应的类 ,对这些类统一组织、管理形成类库。类库中的类主要分为基础类和过程单元类。基础类包括组份类、混合物类、热力学类以及数学类。过程单元类包括物流类、能流类和单元模块类。单元模块类是类库的核心内容 ,包括化工过程中常用的各种操作单元 ,如反应器、塔、闪蒸器等。这些类是组成化工过程模拟软件的基本要素 ,在它们的支持下进行化工过程模拟软件的开发 ,工作量将减少 80~ 90 %(不包括界面 )。文中重点介绍了以上各个类的设计与实现 ,并对类库的结构和管理进行了说明。
