AIM:Changes of TNF α in plasma and wound tissue were studied on the model of wounded aging rats.METHODS:24 months Wistar rats were divided into two groups, NS and ADM. AΦ 1.5 cm skin was cut on the back after 4 days of injection of NS and ADM 8 mg/kg body weight.RESULTS:Adrinmycin injection decreased the wound breaking strength of healing wound from (8 68±1 56) kg/cm 2 of NS group to (6 36±1 36) kg/cm 2 of adriamycin group. It also depressed WBC count which was most marked by day 6 later and rebound to the level above the controls by day 12. The level of TNF α in plasma of NS group increased from (0 74±0 10) ng/L prior to experiment to 0 85±0.12 ng/L 7 days after wounding ( P <0.05). The level of TNF α in plasma of adriamycin group decreased from (0 71±0 68) ng/L prior to experiment to (0 65±0 10) ng/L 3 days after wounding and to (0 68±0 15) ng/L 7 days after ( P <0 05). The level of TNF α in healed tissue of adriamycin injection group at wound day 3 is lower than that of NS group, they are respectively (4 62±1 86) ng/g and (9 95±2 16) ng/g ( P <0.05). At wound day 7, the values of both groups increased, especially that of adriamycin group, it reached (10 6±1 12) ng/g, compared with the value of wound day 3 in adriamycin group ( P <0 01).CONCLUSION:The changes of TNF α in plasma and healed wound tissue is related to the WBC count, which is the resource of TNF α. The decrease of TNF α leads to wound healing impairment.

Objective:The wound healing and Blood and Qi differentiation in 24 month old Wistar rats by i.v.injected adriamycin(ADM)were studied.Methods:Aging rats were randomly divided into two groups,normal saline group (NS group,N=23)and ADM group(n=24).To each group was injected NS ml/kg and ADM 8 mg/kg by tail vein respectively.Results:The results showed that the wound healing was impaired by injection of ADM,the healing period of ADM group was longer than that of NS group (19.80±3.19 days and 17.18±1.72 days respectively)( P<0.05 ).Moreover,the wound break strength of ADM group was obviously lower than that of NS group (6.36±1.36 kg/cm 2 and 8.68±1.56 kg/cm 2)( P<0.05 ).The rats injected with ADM manifested fatigue,diarrhea,weight loss and white blood cell count reduction, which met with criteria of Qi deficiency in TCM.The value of TXB 2 in plasma after ADM injection increased from 354.10±160.75 pg/ml to 638.16±175.33 pg/ml( P<0.05 ) 3 days later and to 697.76±556.63 pg/ml( P<0.05 ) 7 days later However,the level of 6 keto PGF 1∝ in plasma after ADM injection decreased from 78.37±26.81 pg/ml to 60.12±18.27pg/ml( P<0.05 ) and to 64.19±35.22 pg/ml( P<0.05 ) by the 3rd and 7th day.The ratio of TXB2/keto PGF 1∝ rose to 10.69±5.98 and 8.49±4.18 by the 3rd and 7th day,compared with 4.14±1.87 and 3.80±1.55 at the same time points of the NS group,respectively P<0.05,P<0.05 .Conclusion:The results indicated that the wound of aging rats injected with ADM conformed to the chronic wound with characters of blood stasis in TCM.

目的 :观察表皮生长因子 (EGF)联合胰岛素 (Ins)对糖尿病慢性伤口愈合的影响。方法 :采用自身对照法 ,对 14例具有慢性伤口的糖尿病患者联合应用EGF和Ins ,判断创面修复情况 ,愈合时间及 4周内总愈合率。结果 :EGF联合Ins用于糖尿病慢性伤口 ,明显提高创面修复质量 ,缩短愈合时间 ;治疗组 4周末总愈合率达 88 2 4%高于对照组 ( 42 86% ) ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :EGF与Ins联用能明显促进糖尿病慢性伤口愈合。
