本文选用冷变形工模具钢T8、T10、GCr15、6CrW2Si、6Cr4Mo3Ni2WV 和W18Cr4V钢进行了拉仲、弯曲、扭转、压缩、断裂韧性和冲击疲劳试验。结果表明,各钢种在拉伸、弯曲、扭转和压缩状态下测得的屈服极限以及相应的拉伸断面收缩率(ψ)、抗弯塑性挠度(f_ρ),塑性扭转角(φ_p)和压缩相对变形量(ε)具有相同的变化规律,因此,冷变形工模具钢的强度指标应是不同试验方法测得的屈服极限,塑性指标应是ψ、fp、φ_P、和ε.冷变形工模具钢的韧性指标α_k 和K_(IC)主要反映了钢的塑性。从防止模具早期断裂的角度,冷变形工模具钢的主要失效抗力指标-冲击疲劳抗力可以根据相同应力状态下静载试验测得的屈服强度和塑性指标进行评定。

The influence of austenitizing temperature on the structure, property and hardenability of hot drop-forging 5CrNiMo die steel was investigated. The results indicated that, in the condition that complex constituents of Bainite and Martensite (mainly Bainite)was obtained at oil quenching in as middle size as block, when austenitizing temperature is raised from 850℃ to 950℃ the strength, impact toughness, fracture toughness and impact fatigue cracking resistance at low energy are increased and the hardening depth...

The influence of austenitizing temperature on the structure, property and hardenability of hot drop-forging 5CrNiMo die steel was investigated. The results indicated that, in the condition that complex constituents of Bainite and Martensite (mainly Bainite)was obtained at oil quenching in as middle size as block, when austenitizing temperature is raised from 850℃ to 950℃ the strength, impact toughness, fracture toughness and impact fatigue cracking resistance at low energy are increased and the hardening depth is markedly increased, when austenitizing temperture is further raised the impact toughness and fracture toughness are decreased and hardening depth is not notably increased. It is suggested that high-temperature austenitizing treatment will mainly be suitable for the situation that die cavity shape is complicated or the plastic deformation occurs easily die because of low hardening depth.

本文研究了淬火加热温度对5CrNiMo热锤锻模钢的组织、性能和淬透性的影响。结果表明,在以相当中型锻模油淬获得以贝氏体为主的贝氏体和马氏体混合组织的情况下,淬火温度从850℃提高到900℃,强度、冲击韧性、断裂韧性和低能量冲击疲劳抗力均有提高,钢的淬透性显著增大,淬火温度继续提高,冲击韧性和断裂韧性下降,钢的淬透性增加不显著。本文认为,高温淬火主要适用于模膛形状复杂,因淬硬深度不够易塌陷变形的锻模。

本文研究了5CrNiMo钢的马氏体、下贝氏体及低温上贝氏体与马氏体混合组织的回火组织特征和冲击疲劳断口特征.三种组织回火至HRc38等强度条件下,其塑性和韧性基本相等,但下贝氏体组织的冲击疲劳抗力高于马氏体回火组织,因此等温淬火工艺主要适用于以疲劳开裂为主要失效形式的热锤锻模.
