Sharing product configuration information among heterogeneous systems has become an urgent problem for agile manufacturing. Ontology encodes knowledge in a domain and makes that knowledge reusable. Some ontology tools can perform automatic reasoning by ontology. Therefore ontology has the potential to remove obstacles caused by ratiocination and syntax between heterogeneous systems. This paper deals design with the of a Product Configuration Ontology and describes the following sets in detail: concept set, concept relationship set, config-constaint rule set and axiom set. Using Product Configuration Ontology and agency, the paper presents an algorithm which implements converting knowledge among heterogeneous system. Finally the paper provides details on how to implement sharing of knowledge of hydraulic pressure motors between a manufacturer and a hydraulic machine company.

网络上异质系统间知识共享成为产品配置网络化后急需解决的问题.分析现有几种产品配置知识表达方法后,提出了基于本体的产品配置知识共享方法.本体具有共享和可重用等特征,有良好的概念层次结构以及对逻辑推理的有效支持,并且能从语义和知识层次上描述信息系统的概念模型,能有效克服异质系统间知识共享的两大障碍——语义冲突和语法冲突.本文从知识本体的角度出发,详述构成产品配置本体的基本概念集合、概念间关系集合、配置约束规则集合和公理集合.给出了异质系统间知识共享算法,并通过产品配置本体及中间代理的使用实现两个异质系统间知识相互转换.通过实例,进一步说明了基于本体的产品配置知识共享方法的可行性.

Based on the analysis of product knowledge structures for mass customization (MC) , the paper presented MC configurations based on ontology.
