Up to date , the usual high octane number blended components include alkylate polymer,polygas, isomerization gasoline, MTBE and etc. In the light of the recent trends of high quality gasoline blended ingredients, the technologies and development of etherification, isomerization, alkylation were reviewed especially at home and abroad in this paper. In addition, the latest technology advancement is elobarated on reducing benzene in gasoline for producing clean fuel.

The present petrol blending is performed still by tant to tant in our refinery which resulted in overtaking standard of finished products and lack of tank volume.Petrol blending in pipeline is a technology that has been developed fully now.It will mostly reduce the quality overtaking and the cost of production and shortage of tank volume ensuring the petrol quality, when this technology is put into production in the tanks area of the light oil.
