The 450kg/hm2,600kg/hm2,900kg/hm2 bio-organic fertilizer treatments increased the root tubers yield by 5.06%, 49.36% and 20.88% respectively higher than that of the control.
The contents of soil organic was improved by using the bio-organic fertilizer, having obviously of the treatments of applied bio-organic fertilizer of 50% and 75% organic N after transplanted 50 days, increased by 14.97% and 14.32%.
"Lüyuan" biological organic fertilizer is a new type pollutant-free fertilizer with the ratio of N,P_2O_5 and K_2O is 10∶5∶5,and the available bacteria content of per gram is up to 20 million,the content of organic matter is 25%.

The effect of some kinds of organic fertilizers on soil property of apple orchard and fruit quality has been studied , the result shows that the bio-fertilizer can improve the physical and chemical character of soil and the soil fertility and increase fruit quality.
In comparison with inorganic compound fertilizer(45%) and decomposed chicken ordure application,special fertilizer application increased the yield by 8.4% and 20.3% respectively,the bioorganic fertilizer application increased the yield by 1.7% and 12.8% respectively.

After applying the bioorganic fertilizer,the contents of Cr and Cd in Chinese kale growing in vegetable soils in Huizhou of Guangdong Province increased a little,while the contents of Pb,Ni,Zn,Cu in Chinese kale growing in vegetable soils of Huizhou and the contents of Cr,Cd,Pb,Ni,Zn,Cu growing in vegetable soils of Nanhai decreased respectively.
