The present paper investigates basic characteristics of the interlaminar stresses in a double-layered circular cylindrical shell with both ends simply-supported and undel-external or internal uniform pressure. For simplicity, the doublelayered shell is composed of a 0?fiber-reinforced composite layer and an isotropic layer. This axisymme-trie problem is solved exactly in the context of three-dimensional theory of elasticity. Both the displacement and stress fields of each layer of the shell are expressed in theforms of two infinite series--Fourier and Fourier-Bessel series. Illustrative examplesand numerieal computations are also included in the paper. Curves and graphs are plotted to show the effects of the various parameters such as geometric proportions, material constants and the stacking sequence on the interlaminar stresses. It is found that a tensile stress zone may be formed in certain cases between the laminates of the shell. This phenomenon is noteworthy to the designers.Moreover, since the method of solution presented in the paper is exact, the results thus obtained may be used as a basis for comparison and assessment of the various approximate theories.

本文对一个两端简支具有任意厚度的双层圆柱壳休,在均布外压或内压作用下而引起的层间应力的基本性质进行了研究,为了简单起见,双层壳体采用一层带[O °]铺向的纤维增强层和另一层各向同性壳组成,文中直接应用三维弹性理论精确求解这一轴对称问题。每层壳体的位移和应力场都表达成富里叶和富氏-贝塞尔函数两个无穷级数之和的形式,文中还作了一些实例计算,数值计算结果绘成的曲线图分別表明其几何参数、材料常数、载荷形式以及铺层次序对层间应力的影响,其中显示出在某些情况下壳体两层之间将可能形成一个拉应力区,这一现象似应值得引起设计工作者的重视,此外,由于本文求解方法是严格的,因此所得分析结果可以作为比较或评价其它近似方法的依据。

This paper is to discuss the interlaminar stresses of adhesive lap joint by the energy method without considering the adhesive layer. The joint is made of two identical narrow plates. Two cases are discussed: one is for isotropic material and the other for orthotropic material. Because of the difference in material forming the joint, the length of distribution and the magnitude of the interlaminar stresses for the two cases will be very different.

本文以能量法求解无胶层厚度的搭接接头的层间应力。接头是由两相同的狭长板条组成。讨论了两种情形:一是各向同性材料的,一是正交各向异性材料的。由于构成接头的材料不同,层间应力的分布长度与数值均有很大差异。
