The influences of the signal of full charge throttle position sensor on the capacity of engine is studied on the electronic controlled gasoline injection engine of VOLVO B230F. The results show that when full load signal is off,engine power and torque is decreased and CO and HC emissions are less and NOx is more than in normal mode.
A trouble self- diagnosing system is set up inside the computer in the control system of the electronic controlled gasoline injection engine. This system can supervise and control continuously the working conditions of each part of the control system during engine operations, and can measure most of the faults in the control system and store them by code type in the computer.
