Occurrence and development of allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) depended on the balance of stimulus response and inhibitory reaction. There were numerous regulation factors which mainly included angiotensin-convertion enzyme,nerve-immune-skin system,stress and mastocyte,from which various corresponding measures of immunological evaluation and intervention were derviatived. Immunological evaluation included the in vivo and in vitro assays,while immunological intervention was mainly mediated through cytokine.
Objective: Through the study on the expression and their clinical significance ofco-stimulatory molecules CD40, PD-L1, B7-H3, CD3 and cytokine IL-6 in the skin lesions of neurodermatitis patients, in combination with the pathological changes in the skin lesions, the immunolopathological mechanism of neurodermatitis were investigated in order to find the new target molecule of immune intervention.
Results Both normal and hepatopathy PGE2 immuno-intervention groups, contrasted to their ofloxacin protective groups, IL-10 increased distinctly (P<0.01, P<0.01), IL-1β, IL-6, were obviously enhanced (P<0.01,).
