The measurement for wavefront of large aperture optical system is realized with synthesizing wavefront method. This method includes dividing the whole area of measured wavefront into a limited numbers of sub apertures and using Talbot effect/Moiré fringe to measure the average gradients of wavefront on the sub apertures and then synthesizing the whole wavefront. An actual large aperture optical system with 500 mm diameter and 13 m focal length was measured with this method.

A new method for long focal length measurement is presented, which is accomplished by obtaining the angle of moiré stripe formed by Talbot effect of Ronchi grating. The formula of calculating the long focal length from the angle of Moiré stripe is derived. Error analysis demonstrates that this method can be applied to the real time testing with high accuracy.

提出通过对龙基光栅的塔尔博特效应所产生的莫尔条纹角度的计量来测量长焦距的方法。并在此基础上推导了长焦距的计算公式 ,分析了这种方法的测量误差。这种长焦距测量方法具有实时测量、精度高的特点。
