The rod breaker in YJ19 cigarette maker had complex mechanism and long gearing chain, and its stability and reliability were not satisfactory. A rotating cylinder was used to drive the deflector plate and break the rod in the improved rod breaker, the gearing chain was shortened, the mechanism was simplified, the rod breaking action was more stable and reliable, and the efficiency of the machine was improved accordingly.
