The quality crisis of the adult teaching and learning, the developing requirement of adult education, the innate demand of adult education and the essential request of the teaching and learning activities have provided objective foundation.
There are many profound theoretical and practical basis of cooperativetlearning in adult learning. Adult education should also introduce this theory into teaching system so as to cultivate and develop adult students' ability to cooperate with others.
