An equation group called heterostructure hydrodynamic transport model (HHTM), including continuity equation, momentum conservation equation and energy conservation equation, is derived from Boltzmann transport equation using integrate translation method. This equation group can be used to solve high field transport problems in heterostructures. So it is an effective method to solve high field transport problems in heterostructures. Based on HHTM, an one dimension analysis model of HBT's is established, Computer simulated results agree with experiments very well.
