通过实验研究探索了再生混凝土配合比设计的方法 ,提出了在普通混凝土配合比设计的基础上进行废混凝土骨料的预吸水 ,并通过掺加优质粉煤灰、减水剂或二者复合 ,可成功地配制同时满足工作性和强度要求的再生混凝土。根据这种方法 ,配制的全部使用废混凝土骨料为粗骨料的再生混凝土28天的抗压强度高达54 6MPa

The construction and mechanical characteristics of secondary concrete are tested and studied. The results show some features as follows: (1) Under the condition of the same mix proportion, the secondary concrete has the lower flowability and the better cohesiveness and water retentiveness; (2) The compressive strength of cube concrete is a little higher than that of the same mix proportion concrete; (3) It is feasible to substitute the coarse aggregate concrete by waste concrete aggregate.

文中对再生混凝土的施工性能、力学性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:(1)在同配合比条件下,再生混凝土流动性降低,粘聚性、保水性良好;(2)立方体抗压强度略高于同配合比混凝土;(3)用废混凝土骨料完全代替粗骨料配制混凝土是可行的。
