With the introduction of the basic PDM circuit and PANTEL method common in valve circuits into transistorized circuits, it is shown that it is feasible to use PDM in the transistor audio frequency modulator. So far as efficiency and distortion are concerned, the transistorized pulse-duration modulator by PANTEL method is proved to be superior to that by the basic PDM circuit.

Type QYJ-1 boxcar is a signal acquisition instrument which is used either to retrieve the waveform of a repetitive signal in background noise or to measure the amplitude of a repetitive pulse buried in the noise. It has two operation modes, 'Scan' and 'single—point', the former being used for waveform retrieval and the later pulse measurement. In order to sample a repetitive signal buried in noise, the boxcar uses a sampling window which is very narrow and is correlative to input signal, synchronous accumulation...

In order to sample a repetitive signal buried in noise, the boxcar uses a sampling window which is very narrow and is correlative to input signal, synchronous accumulation to signals is completed by a RC integration circuit and the signal is therefore recovered, the noise being suppressed due to noncorrelativity of signal with noise. This paper discusses basic principle of Type QYJ-1 boxcar, its circuit design, parameter choice, error analysis and some experimental results. Some possible applications of the Type QYJ-1 boxcar in a scientific research and education of higher learning are also suggested.

QYJ—1型取样积分器是一种可以将湮没在噪声中的重复性信号波形或重复脉冲大小提取出来的仪器。它有两个工作模式,即“扫描”和“定点”,前者用于恢复波形,后者用于脉中测量。取样积分器利用很窄的并与信号同步的取样脉冲,对湮没在噪声中的输入信号进行取样。再利用噪声与信号的非相关性,通过RC积分电路对取出的样品进行同步积累,来达到抑制噪声以提取信号的目的。本文讨论QYJ—1型取样积分器的基本原理、电路设计、参数选择、误差分析和一些实验结果。 QYJ—1型取样积分器不仅适用于科学研究而且也适用于高等院校教学实验。
