本项研究是应用龙胆紫能抑制革兰氏阳性菌及氯霉素能抑制革兰氏阴性菌而不抑制椰毒假单孢菌酵米面亚种的特性,通过正交试验,找出影响分离因素的最佳条件,设计出一种比较合理的增菌培养液,简称“椰酵菌增菌液”,结合卵磷酯酶试验,提出了比较适用的分离培养程序,提高了检出率。培养液的组成是:龙胆紫浓度0.01‰,氯霉素浓度20μg/ml,pH5,基础液为 PD 水(组成:土豆300g,葡萄糖20g,蒸馏水1000ml);培养温度37℃,48h。本增菌液适用于从环境和食品中分离椰毒假单孢菌酵米面亚种。

The composition and operating conditions are phosphoric acid (1.7) 700 mL/L; sulfuric acid (1.84) 300 mL/L; nickel sulfate 0.5-10 g; BAA-1 0.5-10mL/L. T=95—110℃. It is suitable for aluminium and aluminium alloy. As for Al-Mg alloy, besides all mentioned above, BAA-2 of 0.4—0.6mL/L should be added. By using this method, no yellow fume will be exhausted and no equipment for waste gas treat- ment is needed, thereby, the enviroment pollution is reduced and the economic efficiency is increased.

为了解决铝和铝合金用三酸抛光时所产生的大量氮氧化物黄烟,进行了大量的研究工作。试验表明,采用添加高锰酸钾的方法来抑制黄烟,效果不好。单独用硫酸或磷酸再加入其它物质构成的抛光液,抛光效果不佳。现在提出以硫酸和磷酸共用为基础液,再加入硫酸镍作为增光剂,BAA-1和BAA-2作为添加剂,在95-110℃操作,可得到令人满意的结果。具体配方为磷酸(1.7)700mL,硫酸(1.84)300mL,硫酸镍0.5-10g,BAA-1 O.5-10mL,温度95~110℃。适用于铝和铝合金,对铅镁合金则再添加BAA-2 0.4-O.6mL。本法无黄烟逸出,不需废气治理设备,改善了环境,提高了经济效益。

Cryopreservation of goat follicular oocytes were studied in the different freezing soloution by the different procedures for addition and removal of cryoprotectant. The results showed that the freezing of goat follicular oocytes can be improved when the 0.9% NaCl solution supplemented with 10% 1,2-propanediol and 20% newborn calf serum was used as cryoprotective solution and cryoprotectant addition and removal was carried out by five-step procedure: The recovery rate and the normal morphological rate of follicular...

Cryopreservation of goat follicular oocytes were studied in the different freezing soloution by the different procedures for addition and removal of cryoprotectant. The results showed that the freezing of goat follicular oocytes can be improved when the 0.9% NaCl solution supplemented with 10% 1,2-propanediol and 20% newborn calf serum was used as cryoprotective solution and cryoprotectant addition and removal was carried out by five-step procedure: The recovery rate and the normal morphological rate of follicular oocytes after thawing were 96.6% (56 / 58) and 76.0% (44 / 58) respectively and the in vitro maturation rate of them was 16.7% (2 / 12).

通过对冷冻液(1,2—丙二醇浓度和冷冻基础液)以及平衡和脱去防冻剂方法的筛选,研究了山羊卵泡卵母细胞的低温冷冻保存的可能性。结果表明,当冷冻液为含有10%1,2—丙二醇的生理盐水,并以五步法平衡和脱去防冻剂时,冷冻效果最为有效。解冻后,卵泡卵母细胞的回收率和形态正常率分别为96.6%(56/58)和75.8%(44/58),形态正常卵泡卵母细胞的成熟率为16.3%(2/12)。
