    The experiment was designed to examine the fibrogenic action of Chinese crocidolite and chrysotile asbestos by intratracheal injection into rats. The rats were divided into five groups: short fibre(<5μ) crocidolite, long fibre(10μ)crocidolite,short fibre (<5)chrysotile,quartz dust groups and a saline group as the controlled one. The dosage for the short and long fibre groups was 50mg and 6mg per rat respectively.The animals were sacrificed after differerent time of dust treatment, and their lungs and hilum lymphnodes...

Besides.the iibrosis produced by short chrysotile fibres was more serious than that by crocidolite fibres.

    本实验用国产蓝石棉和温石棉(简称蓝棉和温棉)对大鼠气管内注入染尘。实验分五组:蓝棉短纤维(<5μ),蓝棉长纤维(>20μ),温棉短纤维(<5μ),石英及生理盐水对照组。染尘剂量短纤维和石英每只50mg,长纤维每只6mg。大鼠染尘后,定期分批处死,检查肺和肺门淋巴结,测定肺胶原蛋白含量。结果表明:国产蓝棉能引起大鼠肺组织纤维化。蓝棉长纤维较蓝棉短纤维化的作用明显。从本实验看,国产温棉短纤维致纤维化的能力大于蓝棉短纤维。

    本文应用肺内石英粉尘滞留量法和接触石英粉尘量法,计算锦州陶瓷厂在岗1066名接尘工人的累积接尘量。并用直线相关回归法推算出两种方法对患病率控制在某一水平时的粉尘容许浓度的估计值是很近似的。由此可以认为两种方法均可用来预测矽肺的发展趋势。

Different content of lung quartz had a direct effect on lung silicotic pathology and the X-ray manifestation of chest, and caused the difference of collagen fibrosis in lung tissue and that in the content of serum ceruloplasmin in individuals It is suggested that the content of serum ceruloplasmin could be a helpful index for the diagnosis of silicosis.

    本文对12例实验性猴矽肺肺内石英量、胶元量、血清铜蓝蛋白含量与矽肺病理改变之间的联系进行了研究;并对以上三个实验指标作了相关分析。结果说明肺石英量的多少直接影响了矽肺病变和肺部X线改变的程度。肺石英量的差别导致了个体间肺组织纤维化程度的差异,从而表现为个体间血清铜蓝蛋白含量的差异。研究结果提示,血清铜蓝蛋白含量可作为衡量矽肺病理改变的良好指标之一。
