According to remote sensing information features of high spectral re-solution lmaging Spectrometer(MAIS) and ThermaI lnfrared MuItispectraI Scanner(TIMS)the image data consist of geo-targets’ imaging spectrum. The geo-targetscan be availably and precisely discriminated and their features can be taken out bycomputer processing and analysis of airborne imaging spectral data. Therefore,theimage data used by a Chinese-Japan joint remote sensing study,we can know thediscrimination of stratigraphy and lithology in the area well exposed sedimentaryrocks,these data were acquired by MAIS and TIMS recently developed by ShanghaiTechnical Physics Institute of CSA. The results have shown that dolomite,limestone,red sandstone and green sandstone etc. exposed in the study area have been discr-minated by computer image processing methods such as Principal Componenets(PC)analvsis technology for TIMS image data,False Color Composite(FCC)processingfor Short Wave Infrared(SWIR)data and Band Difference method of Visible/NearInfrared(VNIR)data of the MAIS.Meanwhile,all stratigraphies revealed by fieldgeological investigation can be delineated by these image data. It has proven thatthe MAIS and TIMS image data have great potentiality in geological mapping.

根据高光谱分辨率的航空成像光谱(MAIS)和热红外多光谱(TIMS)图像数据中遥感信息特点,即可从其数据获得成像地物光谱,利用航空成像光谱图像处理和分析方法,可有效和精确地对地物特性进行识别和提取。此次以调查沉积岩地区地质地层单元、岩性识别为研究内容的中日联合遥感研究所采用的图像数据,是由中国科学院上海技术物理研究所新开发的MAIS和TIMS获取的。研究结果表明,利用计算机图像处理方法,对TIMS图像进行主成分分析(PC),MAIS的短波红外(SWIR)图像的假彩色合成图(FCC),以及可见近红外(VNIR)图像波段差值处理,可将研究区内出露的白云岩、灰岩以及红色砂岩、绿色砂岩等岩性识别出来,同时圈出了研究区内出露的各个时代的地层,证明了MAIS和TIMS在地质制图方面有较大的潜力。

航空成像光谱仪得到的图像,其临边的辐射值与飞机正下方(天底点)的辐射值差别较大,此种现像称之为扫描图像的临边效应,它严重影响图像的质量,使图像的有效使用面积大为减少,还可能引起错误的判读,为了消除这种影响。本文提出一种物理意义明确,在实施过程中简单易行,而有效的方法,文中将详述航空飞行方式、数据及图像处理方法,而不涉及星载扫描图像的处理问题。
