It is the world's trend in ship automation development to integrate the monitoring, control and management of the instruments, equipment and system both on the bridge and in an engine room by a network. The products currently used for monitoring and control usually consist of many distributed micro computer units and one management personal computer. The monitoring and control functions are performed not on a computer network but in an independent computer. To overcome the disadvantage and to improve the reliability, real time and diagnosis abilities, we present a feasible design of the computer network for the system based on a field network and give the distribution of software of the system with high performance. The redundancy design of software and its implementation are described in detail.

通过网络实现舰船综合监视、控制和管理是当前舰船自动化的发展方向。现有的舰船综合监控产品一般由多台地理分散的下位机和一台上位监控管理计算机组成 ,尚未形成网络化的上层监视、控制与管理。为了灵活地实现舰船仪器和设备的综合监控 ,同时解决高可靠性、高实时性和可诊断性等问题 ,针对上述不足 ,结合相关项目的研究与开发 ,在现场网络的基础上设计了上层计算机网络 ,给出了其中的软件分布 ,并对系统中的工控、监控、网络和数据库等方面的冗余设计和实现进行了详细的叙述。

In this paper it is discussed that an application of fiber-optic communications technology in ASNV. To begin, we bring forward and analyze ecumenic network structure of the digital fiberoptic communications system(DFCS) in ASNV. And then ,we expound the key apparatus of Network node ——combined T shape coupler and optic transceiver. At last we bring forward ecumenic choice of optic apparatus in DFCS.

With the rapid development of computer and network technology,it becomes a trend to develop a new,reliable and practical system in the field of ship automation with low cost,which integrates the monitoring,intelligent control and information management of the instruments,equipment and systems in both the bridge and the engine room.This system will not only reduce the manpower needed,improve the efficiency of maintenance and operation,but also strengthen the ability of focusing stage management and command.The paper present a hardware design scheme of the ship integrated monitoring and control system,and gave a scheme to compose the field bus network,to integrate various field buses and to develop a new ship automation system based on video and audio data.The design described here has been applied in several other industrial fields successfully.

由于计算机和网络技术的高度发展 ,在舰船自动化方面 ,建立一种可靠、实用、低成本的舰船监控和信息管理的集成新系统 ,实现监、控、管一体化是大势所趋 .它不仅可以减员增效 ,改善舰船的可维护性和运行效率、还可以加强集中指挥调度 ,增强综合决策与指挥能力 .给出了舰船监、控、管一体化系统的硬件设计 ;提出了综合使用现场总线组建现场网络的方案 ,实现了新一代的数据、音频、视频的综合集成监控 .有关设计在机场助航灯光的综合监控和舰船局域网设计中得到了成功的应用
