Electromagnetic compatibility designs were made one after another against the equipment electromagnetic compatibility specifications through analyses and calculations and by grounding, isolating, filtering and shielding.

为了提高获取的三维模型精度,提出了光学和图像处理设备上消除电磁干扰信号的方法。首先运用幅度和频率筛选预测到电磁骚扰源是交流电机伺服器,然后通过计算得到设备接地回路中的共模骚扰电压确定耦合途径,最后依据各部分敏感度指数找到了骚扰接受敏感设备CCD摄像机。根据分析和计算,将该方法运用于多关节机械臂式三维信息获取系统中,取得了很好的效果。通过接地、隔离、滤波、屏蔽等方法逐个进行了符合设备电磁兼容规范的电磁兼容性设计,最终使设备符合了电磁兼容性规范的设计要求。
