It is synthesized via Ullmann condensation of 1,3-dichloro-2, 4,6-trinitrobenzene and 3-chloroaniline. In this paper, primarily the condensation reaction is discussed, influnce of the reaction parameters (reaction temperature, time and mass ratio) and orthogonal design are also studied. Through these the best technological conditions for its preparation are depicted. Structure of the product as obtained under the best technological conditions is identified by IR, Electron Impact MS and Elementary Analysis. The product is shown through these means to be the one expected.

1,3-二(3′-氯苯胺基)-2,4,6-三硝基苯是新型耐热炸药的重要中间体,是由三硝基间二氯苯与间氯苯胺经Ullmann缩合反应而成。本文主要研究了该缩合反应和反应温度、反应时间、反应料比等单因素的影响,以及它们的正交实验,从而确定出其制备的最佳工艺条件。该工艺条件下获得的产品经红外、质谱和元素分析等结构鉴定表明与设计化合物基本相符。

Treating m-nitrobenzoic acid (la) and 3, 5-dinitrobenzoic acid (1b) with sodium azide in super-acid medium gave m-nitroaniline (2a) and 3, 5-dinitroaniline (2b), respectively. 1, 3-diarnino-2, 4, 6-trinitrobenzene (DATB) and 1, 3, 5-triamino-2, 4, 6-trinitrobenzene (TATB) were then obtained via further reactions of the intermediates, 2a and 2b. This represents a new route for the preparation of heat-resistant explosives, DATB and TATB.
