By developing the CNC system and integrating CAD/CAM of the sawing and milling machining center(SMMC) for plastic door and window PVC profile, this paper is to discuss the key technologies including window design, process description, code generation, automatic control and system network and communication.
Abstract: According to the machining technics characteristic of Plastic Door and Window, we develop special NC machining system based on FANUC-0M system.

In this paper, the criterion of green design in advanced stage of technique, environment, material and construction are introduced, and these criterions were applied to the design of milling machine of sawing and milling machine center for plastic door and window, which shows that green design can realize functions and performances of a product safely, reliably and economically, and only the "green degree" of the product is taken for as a aim of design stage, a good design result can be obtained.
