Using the materials of hairs ,blood and the semen of20 Giant Pandas in10 families,which were provided by Chengdu Zoo and Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, we have done 0the research works of paternity determination to the filial generation of artificial breeding Giant Pandas farrowed down by the monogamy and the polyandry in Chengdu Zoo and Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. The results are as follows.1. The DNA “fingerprints”of hairs and blood ,hairs and semen of the same Giant Panda are identical,and it make known that in the research works of DNA“fingerprints”analysis the hairs of Giant Panda is the effective materials. 2.All the hybrid bands of any filial generation farrowed down by monogamy and polyandry were observed in their parents , and the members of 10 families have been determined.3.The hybrid bands of each filial generation of the three pairs of twins were seen in their parents,and the DNA “fingerprinting”of each individual is highly individual-specific.It expresses that all the three pairs of twins are fraternal twins. This result has provided an evidence that it is not at all certain that the female Giant Panda ovulates at the same time in the oestrus , and it has also provided a scientific basis on application and theory for mating the oestrus female Giant Panda many times in the period of oestrus.4. DNA“fingerprinting”applied to the paternity determination of filial generation of artificial breeding Giant Pandas is highly sensitive ,stable and accurate. It will provide a distinguishable method on the paternity determination of artificial breeding Giant Panda farrowed down by polyandry.

以大熊猫10个家系,20只个体的被毛为材料,辅以血液、精液,作DNA指纹图谱的对比分析,结果表明:在同一大熊猫个体的被毛和血液、被毛和精液,血液与精液组织检测,其DNA指纹图谱完全一致;大熊猫多雄配一雌及一雄配一雌,所产任一子代个体的DNA指纹图谱中,其杂交带都分别来自父亲和母亲,或父母亲,没有新带出现,准确无误地确定了10个家系子代的真父,排除了非父;三只大熊猫双胞胎中6只子代个体的DNA指纹图谱,均具个体特异性,表明都为异卵双生子,为大熊猫在一个发情期不一定同时排卵提供了佐证,亦为圈养雌兽在一个发情高峰期多次配种,提供了应用和理论依据;DNA指纹技术用于大熊猫的亲子鉴定,灵敏度高,稳定,重复性好,为圈养大熊猫多雄配一雌,增加受配雌兽的受孕机会,提高产仔效率提供了鉴别手段,解除了多雄配一雌其子代的父亲是谁的后顾之忧。

There are differences in the mating and farrowing ef-fect due to the different birth place of Giant Pandas.

1987一1993年,我国人工圈养的大熊猫先后有31只雌性受配108只次,产仔35胎,获幼仔45只。有16只雄性参加配种,其中7只能进行自然交配,9只没有自然交配能力。从3只雄性采出的良好精液,能使雌性怀孕产仔,怀孕率为19.12%。在雄性自然交配前后再给雌兽作人工授精,能提高雌兽怀孕产仔效果。来自不同山系大熊猫的繁殖能力有不同程度的差异,尤以岷山山系大熊猫的繁殖效果较差。
