The present work is an attempt to measure the requirements for feed metalin time increments with FHP insulating rot-top. The cuve has been obtuined byway of cubic splie function. It is in the form of the exponet function y=Ae~(-B,X).The authors think it is important to the understanding of casting solidificationand helpful in computing under reset segregation. In addition, this results ishelpful in computing the thermal efficiency of the rot-top and it's design.

本文根据铸锭用空心微珠冒口缩孔形成过程的特点,以实验测试的方法测定了冒口的补缩过程。通过对数据样条研究的结果表明:冒口的补缩特性受浇注工艺等诸因素的影响,但均具有指数函数y=Ae~(-B/x)的特征。作者认为,其结果有助于深入认识铸件的凝固机理,特别是对冒口下偏析规律的研究。并为定量地研究冒口对铸件的补缩以及冒口的热工过程提供了依据。

In this paper a new formula for riser calculation is given. It is more precise in reflecting the solidification mechanisms compared to the traditional modulus method and heat node circular method.Applying the new formula to technology of metal production the yied of production could be increased;the consumption of raw materials and energe could be decreased.

给出了一个新的冒口计算公式,它比传统的模数法和热节园更能精确地反映金属凝固机理,利用新的公式可以提高工艺出品率,降低材料消耗和能源消耗。
