Decomposition rate of 5-Fu is much slower than that of FT-207. Activation energy and shelf life of FT-207 in fat emulsion are 118.96KJ/mol and 147.8 days, respectively.

本文采用高效液相色谱法测定FT-207及其分解产物5-Fu,对FT-207静脉脂肪乳剂的化学稳定性进行了研究。结果发现在各种pH值条件下FT-207的分解都属于一级反应,且分解速率较FT-207慢得多。FT-207在静脉脂肪乳剂中的分解活化能为118.6kJmol~(-1),有效期为147.8d.

The behavior of oxidation for the intravenous fat emulsion was determined under the presence of nitrogen, oxygen or air at different temperature. The results showed that existence of oxygen is the most important factor to affect its oxidation. The decomposition reaction of peroxide in the emulsion conforms to firstorder reaction kinetics. The activation energy Ea is about 92.21 kJ/mol, the reaction velocity constant k is 5.54×10-4 h-1 at 25°C.

测定了静脉脂肪乳剂分别在充氮、充氧及空气存在条件下于不同温度下的氧化规律。结果表明,氧的存在是影响脂肪乳剂氧化的最重要因素。同时所测定的脂肪乳剂中过氧化物的分解动力学参数符合一级反应动力学方程,分解活化能Ea为92.21kJ·mol-1,25°C下的速度常数k为5.54×10-4h-1。

目的 :用国产原料和设备研制静脉脂肪乳剂。方法 :通过高压匀化机使乳粒产生高速碰撞和空穴作用 ,降低乳粒直径 ,并控制高压匀化时乳剂的温度来提高其稳定性。结果 :通过数次匀化可获得粒子小、均匀性好、人体易于吸收的脂肪乳剂。结论 :安全地输注给上千例病人 ,表明本制剂工艺具有科学性和实用性。
