A dynamic model of mechanism has been developed for the reactor and stripper of a fluid catalytic cracking unit(FCCU)with a high efficiency regenerator.The five lumping kinetic model was adopted,which were composed of feedstock,diesel,gasoline,gas and coke lumps and included three reactions.Reaction heat for each reaction was estimated separately with combustion heat of lumps.The effect of feed properties such as heavy aromatic content of fresh feed and recycle ratio on the cracking characteristics was also considered in this model....

建立了前置烧焦罐式高效再生器催化裂化装置的提升管反应器和汽提段的动态数学模型。反应动力学采用“原料油-柴油-汽油-气体-焦炭”五集总模型。动力学模型中原料油、柴油及汽油裂化反应的反应热分别由各集总的燃烧热估算。原料油性质对反应动力学的影响分别从新鲜原料油重芳烃含量和回炼比两方面考虑。
