The 4 in 1 and 1-oil adjuvant inactivated bacterium vaccine are made from standard Clostridium perfringens B type, C type, D type and endemic eschrichia coli CH 9812 (O 119 ),SC 9938 (O 24 )by adopt advanced emulsification technology in proportion.
According to the experimental mixture ratio good load performance was obtained through the experiment in X195 diesel engine by blending diesel oil with methanol to form emulsion with a new emulsifying technology. Heat efficiency of the diesel engine burning the mixed fuel was improved and fuel consumption was obviously brought down under medium and high load. The average ratio of economizing oil was 9.42% and the ratio of reducing fume was over 25%,possessing high economic and social benefit.
A styrene/acrylic emulsion with a core/shell structure has been prepared from styrene, acrylic acid, butyl acrylate and other monomers by use of pre emulsifying technology and semi continuous seed emulsion polymerization method. By means of orthogonal testing and overall merit assessment,a systematic study is conducted on various factors influencing the performance of the styrene/acrylic emulsion. Optimum technological parameters are determined.
The studies of emulsifying technology which used in the feed of RFCC are introduced by applying HLB balance theory and simulating the equipments of producing in industry.
The sphere particle of emulsion is well distributed and very stable when the mass ratio of emulsifiers and oil phase exceed 0.30. Microemulsion is formed when the mass ratio of emulsifiers and oil phase exceed 0.40. The best emulsifying process conditions are: emulsifying time is 10~30 minutes, stirring speed is 700~1 400 r/min and emulsifying temperature is 85~95 ℃.
A specific emulsifying process was applied to prepare a vinyl acetate /acrylic copolymer modified with epoxy resin, which has overcome the disadvantages of vinyl acetate/acrylic emulsion.
The emulsifying process of self fixing cationic rosin is studied. And the influences of emulsifying agents and PVA thickening agents on its emulsion properties are also discussed.
An experiment of applying energy-saving cleaning agent to heat treatment furnace which uses heavy oil is presented in the paper, the contents including the emulsion technology of heavy oil, conditions of the experiment, the results and their analysis.
This paper describes a selective test of conditions of diesoline emulsion technology by use of HQ I di esel fuel emulgent. The excellent emulsion technology condition and results of application test are obtained.
The purpose of this study was to formulate itraconazole and ketoconazole as oil/water emulsions for parenteral delivery by using a solvent-free homogenization process, namely SolEmuls (solubilization by emulsification) technology.
