This paper studied on the application of Power Bond Graph theory to analyse a complex hydraulic system.The article took hydraulic speed control system of the traction unit of MLS3-170 type shearer for an example,represents how to simplify the system with regard to a complexe system of a series of inputs and outputs Bund Graph, wrote out the equation of state and solved with computer at the same time,analyzed and discussed also.

The unified formulas of the state space equations of system are available for the case that the coupling the energy variables with coenergy variables of independent and dependent storage fields exists. So it can be said that the bond graph method provided in this paper is a supplement to the analogous method given before.

本文较详细地阐述了线性系统动态仿真的键合图法,给出了线性系统状态方程的统一表达式,利用该方法,对于具体问题按照键合图理论输入系统的结构参数及结型矩阵,就可以由计算机自动地以格式化的方式生成系统的状态方程并求解。同以前类似的方法相比较,本文所给出的系统状态方程的统一表达式,考虑了独立贮能场,非独立贮能场能的能量变量和共能量变量间关系存在耦合时的更一般情况,对前人的工作做了一些补充。

Based on bond graph theory, the bond graph model of a vehicle vibration system with five degress of freedom, has been set up, the state equation derived and the dynamic simulation program established. In addition, the vibration responses of a light truck and a light crosscountry vehicle to a triangle obstacle excitation were calculated, the effect of suspension system parameters on vibration characteristics was analyzed. Finally, the comparison between the experimental results and the theoretical calculations...

本文应用键合图理论建立了汽车5自由度振动系统的键图模型并推导出状态方程。编制了动态仿真程序,计算了国产某轻型越野车和某轻型货车驶过三角形单个凸起时的振动响应,分析了悬架参数对振动的影响,指出了提高该车平顺性的途径。进行了轻型货车实车试验并将试验结果与计算结果做了对照,证明所选模型和所编程序是正确的和实用的。
