The Bond Space theory of systematic dynamics (BSSD) is the latest development in the Bond Graphs Theory of System Dynamics.It is the theory & method to solve dynamic simulation for complicated systems coupled with multi energy.Exterior Power Auto Cannon (EPAC) is a complicated system with multi energy coupling of mechanic and electronic energy.It is difficult to describe such a complex system with the tradition dynamics theory of auto cannon.BSSD provides an efficient theory & method to dynamically simulate EPAC system.This paper uses a type of EPAC as an example to discuss and illustrate the methods & steps of EPAC dynamic simulation with BSSD.

Three kinds of buffer structure were described under the buffering conditions of overall gun with high firing frequency automat,including spring hydraulic floating mechanism,high performance buffer with ring reed and the force optimized recoil control(FORC) system.Dynamic model of overall gun buffering movement was established by bond-praphs theory.Computer program was compiled to simulate the buffering process,and the dynamic characteristics were analyzed.The main performance curves and data were obtained.Floating...

Three kinds of buffer structure were described under the buffering conditions of overall gun with high firing frequency automat,including spring hydraulic floating mechanism,high performance buffer with ring reed and the force optimized recoil control(FORC) system.Dynamic model of overall gun buffering movement was established by bond-praphs theory.Computer program was compiled to simulate the buffering process,and the dynamic characteristics were analyzed.The main performance curves and data were obtained.Floating mechanism can decrease recoil force to about 20 kN,the ring reed buffer devices can decrease recoil force to 30 kN,and the FORC system can decrease recoil force to 15 kN.By comparing and analyzing the simulation data,the FORC system is considered as the excellent scheme of decreasing recoil force.

阐述了高射频自动机全炮缓冲情况下,弹簧液压式浮动机、环簧高性能缓冲器和内源式FORC装置的结构原理.运用键合图理论建立了全炮缓冲运动的动力学模型.编制了计算机程序对运动过程进行模拟仿真,对其动态特性进行分析.得到了缓冲过程主要性能的曲线和数据.浮动机可以将后坐力减到20 kN,环簧缓冲装置可以将后坐力减到30 kN,内源式FORC缓冲器可以将后坐力减至14 kN左右,对3种缓冲的模拟结果进行比较,得到内源式FORC缓冲器为减小后坐力的最佳途径.
