本文介绍了引进装置配套裂解汽油加氢所用的第二段催化剂8602B的性能,并与该装置用过的G-35B催化剂作了比较。在入口温度300℃(比G-35B低29℃)、压力2.8MPa,液时空速2.8h-1、氢:油为1.5:1(摩尔比)工况条件下,通过在扬子石化公司烯烃厂7032h连续工业运转考核,产品加氢率为99%(G-35B为96~98%)、脱硫率为99.9%(G-35B为96.7%),说明其性能优良,是替代G-35B、用于第二段加氢脱硫的理想催化剂。

In this article the revamping of the depentanizer of the cracked gasoline hydrogenation unit in the 300, 000 t/a ethylene plant of Shanghai Petrochemical Co. Ltd. is presented. The running of the revamped depentanizer has been analysed and studied, and a series of precautions against scaling and plugging to the revamped depentanizer have also been suggested.

本文对上海石化年产30万吨乙烯装置的裂解汽油加氢流程中脱戊烷塔的改造技术及改造后的运行情况进行分析探讨,并提出了改造后脱戊烷塔防止结垢堵塞的一系列措施。
