大庆石化总厂新建的300kt/a汽油加氢精制装置应用石油化工科学研究院研制的RP-1活性支撑剂、RAs-2原料脱砷剂和 RN-1加氢精制催化剂,以焦化汽油(或热裂化汽油)、常压塔顶汽油为原料,于1990年7月投料,取得了开车一次成功。装置处理量略高于设计值;经 RAs-2脱砷剂处理的原料油含砷量降低了50%以上;经过 RN-1催化剂精制的石脑油产品质量超过了设计值,达到了石化总公司石脑油的赶超指标。

The performance of catalyst 86o2B for the second-stage hydrodesulfurization of pyrolysis gasoline is presented and is compared with the imported catalyst G--35B which was used before. This catalyst has been in continuous operation for 7032 hours in the define plate of Lanzhou Chemical industry Corporation. Under the operation conditions of 300 ℃ inlet temperature (29 ℃ lower than G--35B), 2. 8 MPa pressure, 2. 8 h -1 space velocity and 1. 5: 1 H2/oil mole ratio, the rate of hydrogenation is 99% (comparing to...

本文介绍了引进装置配套裂解汽油加氢所用的第二段催化剂8602B的性能,并与该装置用过的G-35B催化剂作了比较。在入口温度300℃(比G-35B低29℃)、压力2.8MPa,液时空速2.8h-1、氢:油为1.5:1(摩尔比)工况条件下,通过在扬子石化公司烯烃厂7032h连续工业运转考核,产品加氢率为99%(G-35B为96~98%)、脱硫率为99.9%(G-35B为96.7%),说明其性能优良,是替代G-35B、用于第二段加氢脱硫的理想催化剂。

This paper introduced the preparation ways of TiO_2-Al_2O_3 complex support and its physicochemical characteristics. Performances of BY typer cracking gasoline hydrogenation catalyst by the support were up to standard, and obtained better results in commercial application.

介绍了TiO_2-Al_2O_3复合载体的制备方法及其物化性能。以此载体研制出的BY型裂解汽油加氢催化剂各项性能指标均符合标准值的要求;并在工业使用中取得了较好的效果。
