The paper presents the developing trend in modern hydro-power equipment, such as increase of unit capacity, development of low head through-flow turbines and pump storage units, improvement of hydraulic turbine weihed mean efficiency and automatic control in the hydro-power stations. A brief description of the development of hydro-power equipment manufacture in China is also presented.

叙述了现代水电设备的发展趋势.如增加单机容量、开发低水头贯流式机组、研制抽水蓄能机组、提高水轮机的加权平均效率及提高水电站自动化水平等.还阐述了我国水电设备制造工业的发展.
