目的:探讨特制钛镍合金针在弯曲狭窄根管中的充填程度。方法:将离体牙根据狭窄程度及弯曲角度分为6组,以四种材料分别充填,拍摄数字化X线影像比较各组根充程度。结果:1充填不同弯曲度的狭窄根管,钛镍针明显优于20号牙胶尖,25号牙胶尖和钛镍丝;充填不同弯曲度的粗根管,钛镍针与20号牙胶尖无显著差异(P>005),但与其它材料比较有非常显著性差异(P<001)。2钛镍针在轻度、中度弯曲根管充填程度优于重度弯曲组。结论:特制钛镍针是一种良好的充填弯曲狭窄根管的固体充填材料

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the specially made Ti-Ni point as filling material in pulpal-periapical diseases.Methods The root canals were filled with different types of Ti-Ni points with paste zinc oxide-eugenol to treat pulpal-periapical diseases in 354 cases;The gutta-percha points with the same paste were used in 198 cases as the control group.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups based on X-rays and clinical symptoms in the following 1-4 years.Results The successful rate in the group of specially made Ti-Ni point was 87.57%,while the control group was 61.11%.Conclusion The specially made Ti-Ni point is a good solid filling material,particularly in the curved and narrow root canals.Its clinical effect on pulpal-periapical diseases is better than the gutta-percha.

观察用特制钛镍合金针作弯曲狭窄根管的固体充填材料 ,治疗牙髓尖周病的临床疗效。方法 用不同型号的特制钛镍合金针与氧化锌丁香油充填糊剂治疗牙髓尖周病 35 4例 ,用牙胶尖与同样糊剂治疗 198例作为对照组 ,观察 1~ 4年 ,根据X线片和临床症状进行疗效比较。结果 特制钛镍合金针组成功率为 87.5 7% ,牙胶尖组成功率为 6 1.11%。结论 对于弯曲狭窄根管 ,特制钛镍合金针是一种良好的固体充填材料 ,其治疗牙髓尖周病临床疗效明显优于牙胶尖 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。
