This paper presents a multi-objective-programming method to solve the voltage management of the distribution network to satisfy different, even contradictory, voltage levels required by different consumers and different objectives are put forward, according to priority, to get the optimal or suboptimal solution. From the operating state of the network displayed on the CRT, the operators can change the voltages in time to keep it within the required levels.

本文提出用多目标规划方法来解决供用电网电压管理问题,针对用户对电压质量有不同要求,甚至是矛盾的约束条件,用优先等级来处理各种多重目标,以获得电力网电压质量的最优解或满意解,根据屏幕图形显示的电网运行状态能使运行人员及时对电压进行管理。

According to the basic principle of power system voltage control, this paper presents a comprehensivemethod of voltage management on the basis of adjustingtransformer tap changer and adopting the optimal reactivepower compensation. This method is applied in Wafangdianregion power system and the correctness and effectiveness ofthe method are proved in practice.

根据电力系统调压的基本原理,本文提出了变压器分接头调整和无功优化补偿的综合电压管理方法。在瓦房店地区电网电压管理中的实际应用,证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。

At main station in dispatching automation system after the development the applied functions,such as:power factor calculation,capacitor switching capacity and statistical analysis,real time line and transformer loss calculation,and real time reactive power optimization calculation,the resources of existing dispatching automation system were fully utilized,the management of reactive power and voltage improved,the locations of reactive power compensators rationalized,and...

通过对调度自动化系统主站端进行功率因数计算;电容器投切容量及统计分析;实时线损变损计算和实时无功优化计算等应用功能的开发。充分发挥和利用了调度自动化系统的现有资源,使无功电压管理工作有了新进展,无功补偿设备得到了合理的分布,有载变压器得到了充分的利用。降低了线损率,提高了电压合格率。
