Several CS/VR circuits are designed using Bipolar-ComplementarySymmetry Metel Oxide Semiconductor (BiCMOS) technology, and they are also simulated and analyzed with the analog software PSpice 3. 00 for general circuit.
Proposed the work principle of a PS -F B -ZVS -PWM convertor,on the base of s imulation with PSPICE general circuit analysis softwares,reserched some problems such as the ZVS requirement ,the seletion of con cerned parameters and the setting of delay t ime.
For the driving point characteristic plot of piece-linear nonlinear circuit,a method is proposed to construct some basic units,such as ideal diode,concave resistor and convex resistor,using the general circuit simulation software PSPICE,it is simulated and verified that the circuit model corresponding to the DP can be obtained with these basic units,by simulating the typical DP characteristic plot circuit,the general rules of nonlinear circuit DP synthesized are summarized,a method is provided for establishing some nonlinear component.
