Several dynamic pile testing methods including the wave equation method, CASE method and CAPWAP method are introduced and discussed in this paper. In particular, the wave equation method is given in detail. The various types of dynamic pile driving analyzer are also described along with the acceleration and force measuring system. Finally, the errors of dynamic pile testing are described at the end of the text.

The in situ test research on bored pile introduced in this paper were completed according to requirements of the designing institute of USSR and our study needs. The test results indicate that 3500kN is suggested for allowable pile bearing capacity in area, where the principal plant building will be located. Because of great change of soil property of bearing stratum chosen by the designer in cooling tower area, it is unsuitable for piles and replacement of pile bearing stratum should be considered. Conclusion and suggestion of the paper provide new basis for the design, so it is of technical and economical benefits. Results of stress measurement for piles indicate that the test piles belong to the type of friction pile in the plant area, so design method of taking end bearing pile ought to be changed. In addition, dynamic pile tests were performed with PDA (Pile Driving Analyzer) as well as CASE and FEIPWAPC programs for checking results of static loading tests and accumulating data of quick field tests of large diameter piles.

本文系根据苏方设计单位要求,结合我所研究课题,在现场进行的钻孔灌注桩试验研究。试验成果表明:在主厂房区单桩容许承载力建议值为3500kN,较苏方设计值2500kN提高了40%;在冷却塔区,基于持力层土质变化悬殊,桩基持力层选择不当,建议变更桩基持力层。报告的结论与建议为苏方设计提供新的依据,具有明显的技术经济效益。桩的应力测试成果表明:蓟县电厂的试验桩实属摩擦桩类型,从而改变苏方设计以端承桩为主的设计方法。此外,为校核静载试验成果,应用PDA打桩分析仪进行CASE法和FEIPWAPC程序法动荷载试验,为现场快速检测大直径桩积累经验。
