This work is concerned with the destructive effect of PDT on the transplanted tumors in mice, observed by a method of infusion with Chinese ink. The abnormal findings in microcirculation in tumors showed changes due to dysfunction. such as dilatation of capillaries. extravasation of blood and bleeding. occurring 24 hours after the application of PDT. These are the important underlying factors of tumor necrosis.

The results showed that the micorovascular architecture was homogeneous in normal buccal pouch and disturbance, teratogenic, mutibranching in buccal carcinoma. The branch angle of vessels was an important parameter to judge microvessel order in tumor. Using a centrifugal ordering scheme, the inflow and outflow of the tumor were designated as order 1 vessels, 10 classify subsequent vessels. The order 1 ̄3 vessels were arteriole and venule, the order 4 ̄6 and 4 ̄7 vessels were microarteriole and microvenule respectively, and capillary distributed in the order 8 ̄10 vessels. Many anastomotic branch juncted each order vessels.

通过扫描电镜观察了20只金黄地鼠颊囊癌微血管铸型,根据肿瘤内血管形态、结构的不均一性,提出了肿瘤微血管的分类方案。结果显示:正常地鼠颊囊微血管的排列均匀一致,空间构筑合理。颊囊癌内微血管构筑紊乱,畸形血管多见,分支形式复杂。微血管分支角是判定颊囊癌内微血管分级的主要指标。采用离心分级方案,从主要供养和引流血管到毛细血管共分10级。小动、静脉位于1~3级血管,微动脉位于4~6级,微静脉位于4~7级,毛细血管分布在8~10级血管。各级血管间存在大量吻合。
