The catalytic properties of KNO_3/AlSBA-15 for the synthesis of dipropyl carbonate (DPC) by interesterification from dimethyl carbonate(DMC) and propanol were studied.The effects of preparation methods of supports and loading quantity of KNO_3 as well as calcined temperature on the activity of the catalyst were investigated.The results indicated that the catalyst for the synthesis of DPC had a high activity.Under the conditions as follows: reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time 6 h, molar ratio of DMC to Propanol 1∶4 and catalyst content 3%, the yield of DPC 90.2% and selectivity of DPC 96.0% were achieved.

研究了KNO3/AlSBA-15负载型分子筛催化剂用于碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与丙醇的酯交换合成碳酸二丙酯(DPC)反应.分别考察了载体的制备方法,活性组分的负载量,催化剂的活化温度及反应时间等因素对催化活性的影响,研究表明该催化剂对于这一反应具有较高的催化活性.当摩尔比DMC∶丙醇=1∶4,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的3%,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为6h时,DPC的选择性为96.0%,收率为90.2%.
