This paper describes a series of studies on the comparison of the es-terase and peroxidase isozymes at the different developmental stages fromstamen,pistil and flag leaf of fertile and sterile plants of Tai-gu malesterile wheat,and of Timopheevi cytoplasmic male sterile line as well asa wheat ctltivar Nongda 139(as a control).The regulatory changes oftwo kinds of isozymes in different organs have been found.These twoisozymes in the stamen between the ferfile and sterile plants of Tai-gumale sterile wheat had the distinct differencs starting from the meiosis ofPMCS.The results showed that the time of appearance of the the unusu-al isozymes in stamen of sterile plants was in accordance with that of themicrogametic abortion.It was also found that the two isozymes in pistilwere different in early stage but identical in later stage,whereas,theisozymes in flag leaf had no difference to be seen.The appearance of above mentioned unusual isozyme indirectly indi-cated the existance of Tal gene in the sterile plants of Tai-gu wheatfrom the molecular level phenotype of gene expression.Whether unusualisozyme in the different organs existed is of certain significance to studythe Tal gene effects on the expression of the esterase gene and the pe-roxidase gene.

本文通过对太谷显性核不育小麦的可育株、不育株及 T 型不育系小麦和农大139小麦(可育株对照)的雄蕊、雌蕊及旗叶、不同发育时期的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶进行了一系列比较研究,找出了两种同工酶在各器官组织中的变化规律,发现了太谷可育株与不育株之间、雄蕊的两种同工酶从“花粉母细胞减数分裂期”时起均已有明显差异。说明不育株雄蕊中异常同工酶产生的时期与其细胞形态学观察到的小孢子败育时期一致。还发现雌蕊的两种同工酶在前期也有差异,但后期趋于一致。旗叶的同工酶尚未见差异。上述异常同工酶的出现是从基因表达的分子水平表型,间接证明了太谷不育株中 Tal 基因的存在。异常同工酶在不同器官组织中的有无,对于研究 Tal基因对酯酶基因表达和对过氧化物酶基因表达的影响具有一定意义。此外,本文还对 T 型不育系小麦与太谷核不育小麦的酯酶及过氧化物酶同工酶,进行了初步比较研究。

It was found that the peroxi -dase isozymes in leaf, coleoptile, radicle, nodal sept um, internode, panicle axis, leaf sheath and awn are approximately the same in the male-sterile line and maintainer line. It was shown that the peroxidase isozymes are coded by nuclear genes. The number of peroxidase isozymes in the pollen grain of male-sterile line is greater than that of maintainer line at various stages. It is suggested that the male-sterile cytoplasm gene may influence the expression of nuclear genes which code the peroxidase isozymes.

从小麦雄性不育系、保持系的10个不同组织、器官中共检测出8种过氧化物酶,在叶、芽鞘、根、节、节间、穗轴、叶鞘和芒中,不育系和保持系的过氧化物酶基本相同,说明这种酶由细胞核编码,但在花粉粒发育的3个不同时期,不育系与保持系间的过氧化物酶有明显差异,表现为不育系中的过氧化物酶同工酶多于保持系,这可能是由于不育系中细胞质不育基因对核基因的表达有调控作用,这种调控作用表现为不育细胞质基因的去阻遏作用,即不育细胞质基因可以去除细胞核中编码过氧化物酶基因的阻遏作用,使不育系中有更多的过氧化物酶基因得以表达,造成不育系中过氧化物酶同工酶多于保持系的现象.
