    本文报导了体外培养的牛环形泰氏焦虫考赫氏体不同培养代数的牛只反应性和抗蜱叮咬再感染的免疫原性。试验分五批进行。使用的免疫接种物分别为 L—7系18代、L—7系35代、L—7系42/45代(二次免疫)、L—8系、L—9系6代、L—8系18代和L—9系18代混合、L—8系和 L—9系19代混合材料。免疫接种一个月后以蜱叮咬再感染,观察免疫牛的免疫性。结果表明:1.牛环形泰氏焦虫考赫氏体经体外组织培养继代,毒力迅速减弱。2.接种第6代和18代培养物的牛获得了坚强的免疫力。接种 L—7系35代和42/45代培养物的牛,再感染时发病较重。部分动物死于泰氏焦虫病。由此推断,对牛安全性良好、免疫原性坚强的最适宜的制苗代数应在10~20代之间。
