In 28 experiments of rabbit myocardial infarction, we found that acupuncture at Neiguan point significatly reduced the myocardial oxygen consumption. It improved the myocardial anoxia by reducing the accumulation of anoxic metabolites (e. g. lactic acid, ADP etc.), which increased the myocardial respiration and caused more consumption of O_2 during incubation in Tyrodes solution. The difference of O_2 consumption between the infarcted and uninfarcted areas was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the difference...

In 28 experiments of rabbit myocardial infarction, we found that acupuncture at Neiguan point significatly reduced the myocardial oxygen consumption. It improved the myocardial anoxia by reducing the accumulation of anoxic metabolites (e. g. lactic acid, ADP etc.), which increased the myocardial respiration and caused more consumption of O_2 during incubation in Tyrodes solution. The difference of O_2 consumption between the infarcted and uninfarcted areas was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the difference between the two areas in the shame operation group and acupuncture group was not significant (P>0.05).Comparing the shame operation, infarction and acupuncture groups, there was no significant difference between the shame operation and acupuncture group (P>0.05), but the difference betwoen those two groups and the infarction group was significant (P<0.05).The authors speculated upon the mechanism of the reduction of myocardial oxygen contraption during acupuncture at Neiguan. It might be the result of the improvement of the coronary collateral circulation and coronary flow, and thus prevented from the accumulation of anoxic metabolites. It was also possible that the decrease of cAMP level might play an important role.

针刺内关穴在针麻心脏手术中是必选之穴,在治疗心脏疾病亦为常用之穴。本工作在实验性家兔心肌梗塞模型中针刺内关进行抢救治疗取得的绍果中表现在针刺内关后梗塞区的心肌可尤同对照区(或组)一样,使心肌耗氧量不再增加。实验方法在28只家兔中分假手术组、结扎梗塞组及针刺内关组三组,除组间比较外,同时在每只家兔心脏各取梗塞区心肌及对照区心肌作自身对照分析,检测心肌氧耗量采用氧电极测氧法。实验结果在自身对照分析中,结扎梗塞后的心肌其耗氧量高于对照区(P<0.05)。而假手术组或针刺内关组的梗塞区心肌与对照区心肌无显著差异(P<0.05)。在组间比较中亦获得一致的结论,即假手术组与针刺内关组对结扎梗塞组均具显著性差异(P<0.05)。而假手术组与针刺内关组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

The change of electrically induced ventricular fibrillation threshold (EIVFT) is chosen as a graded quantitative pharmacological response in anesthetized rabbits for the study of pharmacodynamics of 603. The observed pharmacological data are converted, via the use of a dose-effect curve, to values corresponding to the relative drug levels at the site of action. From kinetics of reversible pharmacological effect, we used Hill equation. It was found that the equation could determine the time course of an observed pharmacological effect (E). This equation can be written as:where E stands for the change EIVFT at the concentration (or dose) C, Emax is the maximum intensity of the pharmacological response when c-. Other calculated parameter values are as follows: fall rate of pharmacological effect R=0.1089min-1, drug elimination rate constant K =0.06498min-1, biological half life t1/2=12.6min.

棓酰苯胺即N-(β-二乙氨基乙基)-N-邻甲苯基-3′、4′、5′-三甲氧基苯甲酰胺马来酸盐(代号603),是我系合成的具有抗心律失常作用的一种新型化合物。为研究603的药效动力学,我们选用电刺激家兔心脏产生室颤阈的变化,作为分级定量的药理效应指标。把静脉注射603后观察到的药理效应强度,通过剂量-效应曲线转换成相应的作用部位的药物水平。根据可逆性药理作用的动力学,应用Hill方程决定了所观察药理作用的经时过程表达式:E=E_(max)C~(3.3011)/(1/0.2898)+C~(3.3011 计算得各种参数值如下:药理作用强度的下降速率R=0.1089min~(-1),药物消除速率常数K=0.05498min~(-1),生物半衰期t_(1/2)=12.6min。

Resting potential (RP), action potential amplitude (APA) and maximumupstroke velocity of phase 0 (dv /dt)_(max) were decreased (P<0.01) 1-5 min aftercoronary occlusion. The duration of action potential, especially the time requiredfor 30% and 50% of recovery (APD_(30), APD_(50)), was shortened, and the durationof the plateau was shortened even more markedly....

These changes in potentials of the ventricular cells during acute ischemia wereabolished by vagal stimulation, RP, APA, and (dv /dt)_(max) were increased (P<0. 01).Vagal stimulation lengthened APD_(30),APD_(50), and APD_(90) under condition of na-tural heart rate, it was suggested that the lengthening of the APD during vagalstimulation was due to the decrease in heart rate. These results suggested that recovery of the transmembrane potentials of theischemic ventricular cells during vagal stimulation was beneficial to impulse conduc-tion in the ventricular muscles and to lengthening of the effective refractory period,which might play an important role in prevention of ventricular arrhythmia in earlystage of acute ischemia.

以在体家兔的心脏为对象,应用浮置微电极技术研究了急性缺血早期心室肌细胞跨膜电位的变化及迷走神经的保护作用。 冠状动脉的一个分支阻断后 1—5min,静息电位(RP)、动作电位振幅(APA)和 0相最大上升速率(dv/dt)_(max)均减小(P<0.01)。动作电位时程APD_(30)、APD_(50)和APD_(90)均缩短(P<0.01)。反映 2相平台时程的 APD_(30)和 APD_(50)缩短较总时程 APD_(90)的缩短更明显。 在自然心率的条件下,左颈迷走神经电刺激,可使急性缺血的心肌电位的变化有所恢复:RP、APA、(dv/dt)_(max)均增加,APD_(30)、APD_(50)、APD_(90)延长(P_均<0.01)。刺激迷走神经时缺血的心室肌细胞跨膜电位有所恢复,对防止缺血早期的室性心律失常可能具有重要作用。
