In this paper, that conventional pumping speed measurement methods for refrigerator cryopump is unreasoning was indicated. In this paper, that conventional pumping speed measurement methods for refrigerator cryopump is unreasoning was indicated. According to characteristic performance of cryopump self and review of past study for cryopumping, theory analysis of measurement dome for pumping speed of cryopump was performed, and the theoretical counting error of pressure was gived. At the last, pumping speed measurement of ZDB-1300 refrigerator cryopumps which was latest developing success was introduced in this paper.

本文指出用常规的抽速测试方法来测量制冷机低温泵的抽速是不合理的。根据低温泵的特点以及对低温抽气研究的回顾,对低温泵的抽速测试罩进行了理论分析,并给出了压强的理论计算误差,据此推荐了几种制冷机低温泵的抽速测试方法。本文最后介绍了最新研制成功的ZDB-1300制冷机低温泵的抽速测试。

The retrospect and prospect in quantitative remote sensing are discussed in this paper.The paper summarizes the challenges on remote sensing applications,and lays emphasis on quantitative approaches to remote sensing.The Chinese scholars' thought and methodology on quantitative remote sensing,e.g.geometric-optical model,scaling effect and correction,and ill-posed inversion,are reviewed systematically.Based on the recent advances of the Chinese school,four research directions of quantitative remote sensing are...

The retrospect and prospect in quantitative remote sensing are discussed in this paper.The paper summarizes the challenges on remote sensing applications,and lays emphasis on quantitative approaches to remote sensing.The Chinese scholars' thought and methodology on quantitative remote sensing,e.g.geometric-optical model,scaling effect and correction,and ill-posed inversion,are reviewed systematically.Based on the recent advances of the Chinese school,four research directions of quantitative remote sensing are concluded.Finally,the author offers his experiences of fighting,suffering,sadness and delight in academic research,and believes that truth and innovation will finally be accepted without fear or favor.

对遥感科学面临的问题、定量遥感研究的意义作了总结,讨论了定量遥感的几个重要的基础研究问题.特别强调了中国遥感学者在定量遥感方面的学术思想和研究进展,就几何光学模型、尺度变换、尺度效应和尺度纠正、病态反演作了研究、回顾与展望.指出定量遥感的四个研究方向:第一,在像元尺度上对基本物理定律进行检验及修正,开展尺度转换研究,提高定量遥感精度.第二,开展遥感与非遥感信息数据融合的模拟试验,探索地表时空多变要素的尺度转换规律.第三,进行多角度、多时相、多光谱相结合的混合像元分解和亚像元信息提取;运用多阶段的反演策略,提高反演的精度.第四,基础研究和应用示范相结合,估算高难度的地表时空多变要素,推动相关学科的发展.最后,作者回顾了自己从事遥感科学研究经历中的‘阵痛’与艰辛,坚信国家需要自主创新;对于真正的原始创新,客观公正的评价迟早是会到来的.
