The circulating cooling water treatment scheme was designed again for improving circulating cooling water treatment effect in Quxian Natural Gas Purification Plant. In the scheme,multifunction circulating water treating agent CT4-34 and oxidative bactericide stability ClO 2 and non-oxidative bactericide CT4-41 were choosed together.
This article presents the reason and mechanism of waterside corrosion of condenser's tube, which is related to water quality and water speed, pipe material and treatment of cooling water and additional protection and cleaning method.
Considering that the scale of potassium/sodium fluorosilicate in the filtration system of the wet process phosphoric acid production has the similar formation mechanism as that of calcium carbonate/sulphate in the circulating system of industrial cooling water,the anti scale disperser for treatment of cooling water is used in the research to reduce scaling of potassium/sodium fluorosilicate.
The results show that the contents of Cl-, SO42 -and Ca 2+ and total alkalinity are within the specifications in the applicable industry codes and standards. The corrosion rate of carbon steel and low alloy steel in the circulating water system is lower than 125 μm/yr and that of copper is less than 5μm/yr, which demonstrate that the treated Circulating water is within the specifications of the national standards.
In order to expend the application of TJ scale-corrosion inhibitor in the treatment of circulating cooling water, the best matching bactericide: S-103 that belongs to isothiazolinone series is selected based on the study of the compatibility between TJ scale-corrosion inhibitor and another four common bactericides, the proper dosage of the bactericide is 50 mg/L;
It is used in cooling tower treatment chemicals for corrosion inhibition or as a tracer to determine the concentration of treatment chemical present.

This system is also worth while to the old refinery without water treatment but with a centralized water supply.
Because of the rise in price of water stabilizer, this paper worked out a cheaper one HB-901 which is able to resist dirty and disperse it. Compared with TS-609 and proved by use in different circulation of water systems, it can be used to various cooling water disposal.
On the basis of the principle of carbonate precipitation and heat conduction, thescale deposit and control are studied in cooling water in exchangers. The result has en-hanced heat exchange efficiency. This paper provides a feasible channel for lengtheninguseful life of exchangers.
