The surface treatment of ultra-high relative molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibers was conducted by using four kinds of treating solution. The change of chemical composition of the fibers was characterized by FTIR. The change of surface properties was characterized by SEM,contact angle test and single fiber pull-out test. And single fiber strength was used to characterize the effect of treating method on fiber strength. The results showed that the surface properties of the fibers can be improved greatly...

采用 4种氧化处理液对国产超高相对分子质量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)纤维进行表面处理 ,利用FTIR表征纤维化学成分的变化 ,采用SEM、接触角、单丝拔出实验表征纤维表面性能的改变 ,单丝强力表征处理方法对纤维强度的影响。结果表明 :85℃的铬酸处理液能够很好地改善纤维的表面性能。

In this paper,according to silk fiber’s structure,the factors affecting grafting reaction were studied for the purpose of improving silk fiber’s antibacterial property,in which ceric ammonium nitrate(CAN) and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chori-be(DMC)were used as initiator and monomer respectively.It can be concluded from the experiment that grafting was well performed when DMC’s concentration was 0.6 mol/L,mass fraction of CAN was 10%,pH=3,reaction time was 120 minutes and reaction temperature was 60 ℃.Moisture regain was increased,single yarn strength was decreased and yellowness index was improved after grafting.It was shown by infrared spectra that DMC was grafted on silk fiber.
