The basic concept of a coordinate logic is firstly introduced and a novel non-linear edge detector using multi-structure element is proposed for the application of edge detection. And then the experiments of edge detection are made on the standard Lena image and scanned image, respectively. Compared with Sobel edge detector and morphological edge detector, the detector presented in this paper has the advantages of accurate location, fast processing and insensitivity to the noise.

首先介绍了坐标逻辑运算的基本概念 ,并就其在图像边缘检测方面的应用提出了一个新颖的利用多结构元进行边缘检测的非线性算子。然后分别对标准的 Lena图像和真实照片扫描图像进行了边缘检测实验 ,其结果与 Sobel边缘检测算子、形态学边缘检测算子相比较 ,表明本文所提出的检测算子具有边缘定位准确、运算速度快、对噪声不敏感等显著优点。

In this paper, a new kind of two-dimensional cellular automata is investigated detailedly, and a new CA-based method for image processing is proposed.For binary image, the CA-based erosion and dilation rules like morphology are found. However,multi-value image is decomposed to several binary images with coordinate logic, and then be processing with CA. All the CA rules can be implemented with Cellular Neural Network (CNN). At last, this approach is used to image filtering and good experimental results are obtained....

深入研究了一类二维细胞自动机(CA),提出了一种用于二值和多值图像处理的二维CA实现方法。对于二值图像,提出了类似于数学形态学腐蚀、膨胀的CA布尔逻辑规则;对于多值图像,采用坐标逻辑运算把图像分解成多个二值图像后用CA并行处理。所有的CA规则都可以用细胞神经网络(CNN)实现。最后,将这种方法用于图像滤波,获得了很好的实验结果。

The aim of edge detection is usually to use the image that is more similar than sketch picture to express the feature and outline of object. In actual image, edge consists of saltation gray scale pixels .It plays on important role in digital image processing and analysis. This paper synthesizes newest literatures, analyses many kinds of edge detection techniques based on mathematical morphology: multi-scale morphologic edge detection , multi-grade mean morphologic edge detection, morphological edge detector...

This paper synthesizes newest literatures, analyses many kinds of edge detection techniques based on mathematical morphology: multi-scale morphologic edge detection , multi-grade mean morphologic edge detection, morphological edge detector based on partial differential equations , combined edge detecting algorithm based on equalization and morphology , edge detector using multi-structure element based on coordinate (logic,)and so on. The paper also compares their pluses and minuses synthetically , and probes into its development of edge detection.

边缘检测通常是用类似于素描图的图像表达出物体的要素和特征。实际图像中,边缘由灰度突变的象素点组成,在数字图像处理和分析中具有重要的作用。本文综合国内外最新文献资料,分析了多种基于数学形态学的边缘检测技术:基于多尺度形态学的边缘检测、基于数学形态学多极平均的图像的边缘检测、基于偏微分方程的形态学的边缘检测、基于均衡化和数学形态学的组合边缘检测、基于坐标逻辑的多结构元图像边缘检测等技术,并综合比较了其优缺点,探讨了其发展方向。
