The interior of the tips of those probes is provided with temperature sensors and heating devices. The temperature of the tipes can be set and automatically...

It can also be used in physiological experiment or for infliction of lesions. A series of spe- cial probes have been developed which are well vacuum-insulated except at the tip. The interior of the tips of those probes is provided with temperature sensors and heating devices. The temperature of the tipes can be set and automatically controlled in the range of +4- -196℃ at will. It has been proved clinically that by using this machine, those ill-defined gliomas of brain can be made more demarcated from its surrounding tissue by consolidation which facilitates the complete removal of the tumour en bloc and lessening the bleeding guite mar- kedly duryng the operation. By changing different suitable cryoprobes, this machine can also be used for many other cryotherapeutic purposes in different medical departments.

Skeletal muscle tissue which is sensitive to low temperature was chosen as object of this experiment. 91 rats were divided into three groups. The right leg of rat was immersed in - 20℃ alcohol until the tissue's temperature was down to + 5°, 0° or - 5 ℃, then in different intervals after rewar-ming the content of four kinds of energy-rich phosphate ( AMP,ADP, ATP and CP ) in muscles were determined. Moreover, the changes showed evident time phases rapid declines were found after rewarming within 4 hours; the values of three groups were close from 4 to 12 hours- and there after they departed from one another.The content in + 5 ℃ group recovered early and obviously, while that in 0 ℃ group is less and that in - 5 ℃ group declined remarkably and hardly recovered. The results suggested: low temperature affect the-production and store of energy in skeletal muscle.

本实验选择对低温比较敏感的骨骼肌组织作为实验对象。将19只大鼠随机分成3组,其右后肢经冷冻处理使组织温度分别达+5℃、0℃及-5℃,于复温后不同时间测定骨骼肌中四种高能磷酸化合物AMP,ADP、ATP及CP的含量。结果表明,大鼠骨骼肌组织中高能磷酸化合物含量随冷冻时组织最低温度的下降而不同程度的减少,并且具有明显的时相过程。复温后即刻至4小时下降迅速,4~12小时三组值较为接近,其后随时间延长而明显分离。+5℃组恢复得早而且明显,0℃组恢复程度次于+5℃组,-5℃组含量下降最明显而且几乎不恢复。提示:低温使骨骼肌组织能量的产生和贮存过程受到影响。

用AC15型复射式检流计和Olympus显微镜组织学观察研究以及图像分析了不同的温度浸冻大白鼠(Wistar)在体尾和离体心、肺、肝、脾、肾、脑的组织温度和组织有无显著变化。结果离体器官的组织温度和组织有显著变化。组织过冷点温度(-4.4±0.69℃~-12.13±1.87℃)与鼠尾的组织过冷点相比有统计学意义(p<0.01)。从过冷点到组织冻结点均为-0.60℃,时间均为2秒,我们认为细胞、组织、器官复温速率为120~360℃/min为宜。冷液浸冻组织以-12℃~-20℃为宜,否则组织将不出现过冷现象,或者细胞、组织变性,处于亚稳定状态。
