In consideration of the problems of the existing flowsheet such as many run of mine ore preparation links,poor effects of gravity concentration and electrical separation of -0.074 mm fine ore and in combination with the results of the related commercial tests made in recent years,a flowsheet upgrading scheme is suggested which includes simplifying the run of mine preparation circuit,reducing the sand pump operation,intensifying the run of mine ore classification and improving the separation efficiency by separate treatment of the classified size fractions.
